Frequently Asked Questions

We deliver to Sydney and most suburbs 6 days per week. You can check on the Cart page if your suburb is included in our delivery area.

  • 1pm-6pm on Monday to Friday
  • 9am-2pm Saturday

If for some reason Daily Dough Co are unable to ensure this time, we will contact you to inform you of any delay that is out of our control, i.e. traffic/ hazard/ breakdown etc.

You will receive an SMS on the day of delivery advising estimated delivery
time.

Watch this space! We know the heart of Daily Dough Co is the Central Coast.... and we are working on a plan as we speak to delivery there as soon as we can!

Order by midnight the day before for delivery the next day, from 1.00pm to 6.00pm on weekdays.

Orders for Saturdays must be in by midday on Friday. Saturday deliveries are 8.30am to 1.30pm.

Our products are made fresh to order each day, but you may keep them an additional 24 hours after delivery, in their box, and they will be perfect to eat!

PICKUP from our store is available Monday to Friday from 12PM to 4PM, and Saturday from 8.30AM to 1.30PM.

Our doughnuts come in boxes of 6 or 12. If you need more than 12, order more than 1 box when you add to cart. eg: For 18 doughnuts, order 1 box of 6 then 1 box of 12

Yes! Many of our doughnuts are Vegan (look for the menu option under Doughnuts at top page). At this stage none of our products are Gluten Free.

All of our doughnuts are baked fresh daily right here in our own kitchen in Artarmon by our amazing baking team! We believe that using high-quality ingredients and small-batch production makes all the difference.

Absolutely! We highly recommend pre-ordering online through our website, especially for larger quantities, to ensure you get exactly what you want. Of pop in to the shop during opening hours to buy from the range available at the counter.

We offer delivery anywhere in Sydney, or pickup from our Artarmon store.
